They have to rely on gas powered generators..and I just saw somewhere that a gallon of gas is going for $10.00 a gallon there now. Wow!
I guess there is only spotty electricity in the hardest hit area anyway in the best of times. I wonder if they even had the ability to warn those hard hit delta areas.
