I saw this. Patricia Heaton was wearing a tight sleeveless dress. When she put her arms up on the couch she had these round blobs of skin hanging out from her armpits. It's was really weird. I guess she missed it when she got nip/tucked.
She was shrill and talked over everyone as usual.
