WASHINGTON - Laura Bush yesterday took her third swipe in a week at Hillary Clinton by saying the New York senator wouldn't get her vote for President.
The First Lady first feigned surprise that Clinton could be elected to fill the Oval Office. Asked if she would welcome Clinton there, Bush quipped, "You mean as President?"

"I think I'll vote for the Republican woman ... whoever it may be," she told the BBC.

Last week, the First Lady dissed Clinton while discussing female candidates, and then called the Democrat "ridiculous" for comparing the House of Representatives to a plantation.

President Bush adamantly said his wife will "never" run for public office, and yesterday she agreed "it is unlikely, absolutely unlikely."

She also quashed any thought of repealing the 22nd Amendment to the Constitution, saying two terms for her husband is "plenty."
