OK, I just finished watching this movie, and it was HILARIOUS!!!! It is called Trailer Park Boys, and it is apparently also

a tv show in Canada. Movie Gallery is not getting this back, I am just gonna buy it off them.

Here is a link to their page, anyone else a fan? I may spend all evening watching their shows on youtube.
