Your nose DOES get fuller during pregnancy on MANY cases. It goes down after a while.

What I don't understand is how these celebs allegedly have repeated PS with new noses, eyes, brows, implants etc yet we never see them bandaged and bruised for weeks on end like 'normal' people would be after that amount of drastic surgery. You don't need more than a week (the time with the cast) to recover from a nose job for example - and many just don't bruise. There are hardly people with bruising that stays for longer than 1-2 weeks and girls can cover it with make up.
