Umm, I live in Kentucky. London is a small town, population around 15,000 people. The newspaper is a small independent paper with all local news reporters. No offense to anyone in London, KY...I grew up in the next town over, but they are not running stories on hollywood gossip and celebrity power struggles, nor do I think any of the local reporters would be connected enough with anyone outside the immediate area to be able to get a "scoop" on a story like this, much less triangulate such a complicated story with this many sources. They do however run stories on what was preached in the local church on Sunday and who is winning in Kentucky high school sports.
The Sentinel, however, is the 8th largest newspaper in Great Brittain. The sourcing for this story is suspect, but I enjoy reading it none the less. My conspiracy theory mind suspects that this thread is part of the war itself. We are all part of the plan. We gossip about CO$, we keep the story going...maybe even CO$ is planting this to see how people react, to see what folks are thinking and use that information to plan their next move. Then again, sometimes I think I may be crazy. Just saying.
