Hi Everyone - I've been a long time lurker on the TWOP RHONY & OC boards and a member at gossip rocks, though I don't post much.
Two comments:
Francoise and Johann - Can you imagine the looks on their parents faces when they come home from school one day and asked to be called Frank and Joe? Jill is right - they're going to get hassled at school because of their names.
Luann's/Count's title - I mentioned this on the IMDB threads and people got really bent out of shape, but wondered what your thoughts were here. Is there a chance the Count's family bought the title at some point in their history? In Europe, as members of the merchant class acquired more wealth, it wasn't unheard of for them to buy a title from a financially-strapped noble, to enhance their social standing. I haven't read any background on his family, but the Count's family seems to be better known for its business acumen than an old bloodline.
