the thing most people don't "get" about implants is that your results depend on your particular anatomy. If you have wide set breasts before surgery, but you are flat, it is not noticeable. However, once you get implants the gap is much more apparent because larger breasts make it more visible.
Just because someone has a large gap between their breasts, it doesn't necessarily mean they have implants, however, many women who do get implants are disappointed with the "gap" between their breasts because they never noticed it before they had them.
