Yes. If you read the ruling you wouldn't even have a question, because that she's an unbelievable sociopath is not even in question after reading that ruling. IMO to use a kid like that, to fake charity to make yourself look good, to bilk out suppposed loved ones from money....etc. and to do all of it with no remorse.
