Like RIS said above, she's talking about pot. There were pictures a while back of Charlize with a joint and there've been lots of rumours about her being a pothead.
I'm curious about this comment about Kate Beckinsale, though. It sounds like she's referring to the blind about the actress who went into rehab after her kid saw her doing drugs or something. Except I thought that ended up being Liv Tyler.
