Back several years ago, when I worked in Auto Insurance Fraud, Spitzer was the Attorney General in NY. He actually worked pretty hard on cracking down on fraud and inacting new laws/regulations that would make it much harder for the fraudsters. I remember thinking, on more than one occasion, how refreshing it was that a politician was truly attempting to make a difference and how he appeared to LISTEN.

I agree that if someone wants to 'sell' themselves, that's their business and I don't think it should be against the law either.

I'm just saddened for his wife and family.
