Clinton said: "I like the idea of a march, but I think it would also be good at the march for them to say, 'We want to call your attention to this problem, and here's something else you can do. And that it's fine to be concerned about [homeland] security, but we also have to keep trying to make America strong and better here at home."

No where in this does he "support" Farrakhan or give evidence of "friendship".

This is just a journo's OP-ED piece, with the facts distorted to support his opinion.
The fact that he threw Farrakhan's name in with Jackson and Sharpton and said that he thinks it's a 'good thing' that they agree on something sounds like he's supporting all three men's efforts. And it directly contradicts his previous condemnation of him. You can't condemn somebody, and then turn around and say that you think them working with other people is a 'good thing,' especially when one of those other people happens to be the same Reverand that 'counseled' you during Monica-Gate by bringing his pregnant mistress along.

But it raises the question of how he can commend Farrakhan, but Hillary insists that Obama denounce Farrakhan's endorsement, even though Obama never even went out and sought it? Shouldn't Bill have still denounced Farrakhan, despite the circumstances?
