I don't think these women realize that the only reason they have a show is cause PEOPLE WANT TO MAKE FUN OF THEM. Are they smart enough to realize that that's why Bravo courted them to be on a show? Its not that people want to see how fab their lives are (thats part of it maybe) but the main reason is the snark. they don't seem to get that. Which makes it better. Bravo just wants the obnoxious dramz, obviously.
