I agree, big boobs don't necessarily come with big hips. Lindsay has no defined waist and very little in the way of hips and ass, but she is significantly less skinny than she was during that anorectic phase a few years ago - I see a huge difference between the two bikini pics posted. She just seems to put on weight mostly in her boobs, and very uniformly over the rest of her body.
Could be implants, but I'm inclined to think not.
